Having the right tools and resources can be the difference between an initiative succeeding or flopping. Knowing what we're trying to accomplish and being able to work that through a tested process to achieve our outcome is what we're after.
These tools have been used across hundreds of client sessions over the last decade and a re what I consider foundational. Foundational meaning, without these in place, it's hard to suggest growth because we'll be leaking revenue, we won't have our cash flow dialed in and our people won't be as motivated as we think they are reducing our output.
